I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short 4-minute walk to the entrance of Petra. The hotel was very clean, with everything looking like new. The staff were exceptional, especially Mr. Emad who took care of us in the restaurant. He invited us to have dinner in the cave at the end of the dining hall, packed breakfast for our early hike, and even brought us coffee while we waited in the hotel lobby. The hotel also had great facilities, including a Chinese restaurant with authentic food, which was a pleasant surprise.
Nothing bad to say.
